I chose this location even though there are ones closer to my home because it had a higher review rating than other locations. I chose to book an appointment specifically with Jolene because her name came up repeatedly in positive reviews. Jolene lived up to her reputation -she helped me understand different options based on my hair type and face shape and I left satisfied with the cut. She was also friendly and efficient. I had a great experience!

Brenda helped get my eye brows back to the shape and thickness I prefer! They 1st time we met I let her know I was trying to grow back the hair that was removed by accident prior to meeting her. She suggested a brow tint and I have never done one. But I love how filled in and thicker they look! I went back to her today to do it again and get cleaned up and they look great!! So thankful for you! Happy Thanksgiving! 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I wish I could give more stars!) 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I have to be honest. I have been to other Fantastic Sams locations before and sadly, I have been pretty unimpressed in the past with both customer service and coloring services, as well as haircuts for both me and my daughter. But this Riverdale location completely floored me. It blew me away. It started with a phone call. I had just left another salon with hot pink hair, the complete opposite of what I wanted, and I was in a full panic. I called Fantastic Sams and explained what happened, asking if they had a colorist who could handle a color correction immediately. They kindly asked what was going on and what my hair looked like, then politely put me on hold to check with their colorist. When she came back on the phone, she told me the colorist said she could handle it with no problem and to come right in. I was there within 20 minutes. From the moment I walked in, every single person in that salon was kind, polite, and genuinely sympathetic. I have never been one to cry over my hair, but I did not know what to do. I had already spent a lot of money and now had to spend more. Not once did they make me feel embarrassed or dramatic. They treated me with so much grace. The service, the professionalism, and the compassion, not just from Haley but from all the girls there, was truly otherworldly. I cannot say enough good things. I will be going back later this week to continue the color correction process, and I will also be booking an appointment for my daughter. I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. I am beyond grateful, appreciative, and genuinely happy with my experience. Thank you, Hailea and the Riverdale team, for saving my hair and my sanity.
